Economic, demographic and social change are challenging the U.S. housing industry. Cash-strapped buyers are struggling with affordability. Technology has replaced former face-to-face transactions, creating entirely new ways of buying, selling and financing a new home.

At this one-day conference in Dallas industry analysts, economists and experts learned about the latest trends affecting housing, and discover developments that promise to change home buying.
