Rosie Levy is a senior financial economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

She is a member of the financial sector and policy analysis team, responsible for monitoring conditions across financial markets and briefing Bank leadership on policy-relevant themes. She also covers energy finance, with a particular focus on renewables.

Levy joined the Bank from the New York Fed, where she spent five years in the Markets Group. She held a variety of roles, including coverage of domestic funding markets, short-term interest rate derivatives and foreign exchange markets, and managing the Open Markets Desk’s repo operations. Prior to the New York Fed, Levy worked in liquidity risk management at global banking institutions.

Levy holds a bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics.
