Dallas Fed names Preston Ash as assistant vice president and senior executive communications advisor

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has named Preston Ash as assistant vice president and senior executive communications advisor.

In his role, Ash collaborates with leadership to develop engagement strategies for Dallas Fed President Lorie Logan and other leaders at the Bank. He also collaborates to build connections between the Dallas Fed and organizations within the Eleventh Federal Reserve District, which is composed of Texas, southern New Mexico and northern Louisiana.

Ash joined the Dallas Fed as an intern in 2014 before becoming an executive advisor. He was named manager of strategic initiatives and special advisor to the president in 2019.

Ash earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Southern Methodist University.
