Dallas Fed names Gina Gadson-Richards vice president, deputy chief of staff

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has named Gina Gadson-Richards vice president and deputy chief of staff.

The role was created to help set and manage strategic priorities and operations at the bank.

Gadson-Richards left the telecommunications industry in 2018 to join the Dallas Fed as director of banking supervision.

She was promoted in 2020 to assistant vice president and ethics officer over banking supervision.

Gadson-Richards holds a master’s degree in business administration in finance from Dallas Baptist University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University.
