Emily Ryder Perlmeter is a policy analyst in the Integrated Policy Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. She was formerly a senior advisor in the Community Engagement and Development Department, responsible for applied research on topics related to economic inclusion.
Perlmeter is immediate past board chair for the affordable housing nonprofit HousingWorks Austin. She is both a March Tocqueville Fellow and a Social Innovation Accelerator Mentor with the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas.
She earned her master’s in public administration from New York University in 2011, concentrating in econometrics and policy analysis. She also holds a BA from the George Washington University.
