Bobby Hoxworth is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council.
Hoxworth joined First National Bank Texas in 1981 and held numerous positions before being named president and CEO in 2008.
He currently serves on the board of the Heart of Texas Defense Alliance. He is a member of the President’s Regional Advisory Council for Texas A&M University Central Texas, a life member of the Central Texas Chapter of the Association of the United States Army and a member of the Killeen-Heights Rotary Club.
Hoxworth is a former two-term council member for the City of Harker Heights, where he served as mayor pro tem and the city’s appointee to the board of directors of the Central Texas Council of Governments. He is a past chairman of the Texas Bankers Association and the Board of the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce and was president of the Killeen-Heights Rotary Club and the Killeen ISD Education Foundation. He has also served as chairman of the Texas A&M University Central Texas Foundation, Better Business Bureau of the Heart of Texas, Central Texas Chapter of the Association of the United States Army and was treasurer of the Killeen Economic Development Corp and the Fort Hood Regional Economic Development Foundation.
Hoxworth has been honored with several distinguished alumni awards—from the Killeen ISD, Central Texas College Foundation and, most recently, University of Mary Hardin-Baylor Alumni Association. He was named a III Corp Good Neighbor in 2022.
He earned an Associate in Applied Science degree from Central Texas College and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Hoxworth received a Master of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.
