Dallas Fed announces executive promotions

For immediate release: July 12, 2016

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has announced the following promotions:

—Hazel Adams has been promoted to vice president with operational responsibility for the credit risk management technology support function. Previously, she served as accounts, risk and credit assistant vice president.

Adams began her career in 1980 with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond as a computer operator trainee. Over her 35-year career, she has worked at three Reserve Banks in various capacities in information technology. She holds a holds an associate's degree in computer information systems from Catonsville Community College and is a certified project management professional.

—Elisa Johnson has been promoted to accounts, risk and credit officer. Previously, she served as accounts, risk and credit director.

Johnson joined the Federal Reserve in 2011 as an applications delivery services manager in the information technology group. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Texas and a master’s in business administration from Southern Methodist University.
