Dallas Fed announces executive promotions

For immediate release: January 5, 2016

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has announced the following promotions:

—Matt Davies has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Bank’s Communications and Outreach Department.
Previously, he served as payments outreach officer. Davies joined the Bank in 2005. After working for a commercial bank in Kansas City, he joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City as an analyst in 1999. Davies holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from William Jewell College.

—Mario Hernandez has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Statistics Department.

Previously, he served as statistics officer. Hernandez began his career at the Bank in 1989 as an analyst. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from the University of Texas at Arlington.

— Danny Oursbourn has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Retail Payments Technology Services Department (RTPS).

Previously, he served as director of applications delivery services. Oursbourn joined the Bank in 1987 as a financial analyst in Banking Supervision and moved to the Information Technology Group in 2000. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in management information systems from the University of Texas at Dallas.

—Trisna Tan has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Information Technology Department.

Previously, she served as information management systems director. Prior to joining the Bank in 2011, Tan worked as a principal product manager, business analysis manager and program manager in the travel industry. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial engineering from Purdue University.

—Bridget Aman has been promoted to information security officer in the Information Technology Department.

Previously, she served as information security manager. Prior to joining the Bank in 2012, Aman was the information security and privacy officer at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas and an IT audit manager in the Baylor Health Care System. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in information systems and accounting from Old Dominion University.
