Dallas Fed announces executive promotions

For immediate release: June 6, 2012

DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has announced the following promotions:

—Tommy Alsbrooks has been promoted to vice president in the Bank’s Information Technology Group. Alsbrooks joined the Bank as operations group manager in 2003 and previously served as assistant vice president.

—Paul Elzner has been promoted to vice president responsible for the Discount and Credit Department. Elzner joined the Bank as a financial analyst in 1985 and previously served as assistant vice president.

—Mario Garcia has been promoted to operations officer in the Cash Department. Garcia joined the Bank in the San Antonio Branch’s Checks Department in 1975 and previously served as manager of the Accounting and Cash Departments in San Antonio.

—Rob Jolley has been promoted to vice president responsible for community bank supervision. Jolley joined the Bank as a financial analyst in 1987 and previously served as assistant vice president.

—Rick Mase has been promoted to vice president responsible for the Cash Department. Mase joined the Bank as a regulatory economist in 1986 and previously served as assistant vice president.

—Robert Moore has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Financial Industry Studies Department. Moore joined the Bank as a senior economist in 1991 and previously served as research officer.

—Kenneth Robinson has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Financial Industry Studies Department. Robinson joined the Bank as an economist in 1986 and previously served as research officer.  

—Mike Turner has been promoted to vice president responsible for the Facility Management and Planning Department. Turner joined the Bank as planning analyst in 1977 and previously served as assistant vice president.
