Paul Hobby and Greg Armstrong to Lead Dallas Fed’s Houston Branch Board

DALLAS—The board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas’ Houston Branch has re-elected Paul Hobby as chairman and elected Greg Armstrong as chairman pro tem for 2012.  Both are of Houston.

Hobby is founding partner of Genesis Park, a Houston-based private equity firm. He joined the board in 2009 and served as chairman in 2011.

Armstrong is chairman and CEO of Plains All American. He joined the board in 2011.

The Houston Branch board consists of seven members, four appointed by the Dallas Fed board and three by the Federal Reserve System Board of Governors in Washington, D.C.
