Douglas Foshee and Paul Hobby to lead Dallas Fed's Houston Branch board

DALLAS—The board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas' Houston Branch has re-elected Douglas L. Foshee as chairman and Paul Hobby as chairman pro tem for 2010.

Foshee is president, CEO and director of Houston-based El Paso Corporation.  

Hobby is chairman and CEO of Alpheus Communications. He is also founding partner of Genesis Park, a Houston-based private equity firm.

The Houston Branch board consists of seven members, four appointed by the Dallas Fed board and three by the Federal Reserve System Board of Governors in Washington, D.C.
