DALLAS—The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has reappointed James D. Goudge of San Antonio to a one–year term as the Federal Advisory Council representative for the Eleventh Federal Reserve District.

He was first appointed in 2006.

Goudge is chairman and CEO of Broadway National Bank in San Antonio. He has been in the banking industry for more than 25 years.

He serves on the board and executive committee of the Texas Bankers Association. Goudge also has served on the Dallas Fed's San Antonio Branch board of directors.

Goudge earned a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a graduate of the SW Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
