Home-Ownership Center on Wheels
Freddie Mac, Chase Home Finance and The Community College Foundation are sponsoring an innovative program called the Chase Home Finance Mobile Homeownership Center.
This center-on-wheels is a commercial bus fitted with computer workstations and staffed by Chase mortgage professionals. The bus travels across Texas to churches, community events, conventions, libraries, schools and other locations to provide information on home ownership via one-on-one counseling and the Internet.
The center customizes its services by location and may include local real estate professionals, housing and credit counselors, and representatives of the city housing department, faith-based organizations and other local nonprofit groups.
