Jorge A. Bermudez

Jorge A. Bermudez was appointed to the Dallas Board in 2012. He was first appointed to the Houston Branch
Board by the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in 2009. He served as that board's chairman pro tem in
2011.
Bermudez is president and CEO of the Byebrook Group, a small firm that conducts research and advisory work in the financial services industry. Previously, he served as chief risk officer for Citigroup.
He is a board member of the Community Foundation of the Brazos Valley. He serves on several boards and councils at Texas A&M University, including the International Board, College of Agriculture Development Council and the Mays Business School Development Council. He also serves as chairman of the board of the Association of Former Students at Texas A&M.
Bermudez holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Texas A&M University.
