Texas Dept. of Banking Train-the-Trainer Financial Education Workshops
Statewide, Beginning February 11, 2009
At these one-day workshops in McAllen, Dallas, Houston and Lubbock, the Dallas Fed Community Affairs group, in partnership with the Texas Department of Banking, will introduce the newest addition to the Building Wealth toolbox, an Instructors Manual. Bank on Houston Campaign
This new program to introduce the benefits of banking to Houston-area residents was launched on January 12, 2009. Program partners hope to open a minimum of 10,000 new accounts in 2009 and increase accessibility to quality money management education.
