Policymakers around the world are increasingly questioning the benefits of free trade and international migration. The Jno. E. Owens Foundation, in collaboration with the Tower Center at Southern Methodist University, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and the Mosbacher Institute in the George H.W. Bush School of Government at Texas A&M University, is bringing together leading economics and policy scholars to study the rapidly shifting patterns of globalization with a focus on:

Global trade and the return of industrial policy.
The impact on the North American economy, supply chains and prospects for further economic integration.
Rapidly changing trends in international migration.
