Gary ScottGary Scott is an assistant vice president in Banking Supervision at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Scott oversees the supervision function as central point of contact for the Charles Schwab Corp.

Before joining the Dallas Fed, he worked as senior adviser for thrift supervision at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s Southern District Office. Scott previously served as regional deputy director for the Western Regional Office of the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), having supervision responsibilities for savings banks and savings and loan holding companies within its jurisdiction. He served in a variety of managerial positions with OTS and its predecessor in thrift supervision, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, for 26 years.

He holds a BS in finance from Kansas State University.
